The second, third and fourth graders were involved in a project that included counting, tallying and of course eating marshmallows from a box of Lucky Charms. This project was run in conjunction with St. Patrick's day. We predicted that there would be more clovers than any other shape. However, as you can see from out findings that the Pots of Gold won that contest.

I think a person should be added to the Lucky Charms cereal. It should be a little St. Patrick. The colors would be normal skin and have him wearing a green robe. I also think there should be only one of them in every ten boxes. They should have a special flavor for it something like mint or apple. It should also be two inches tall and one inch thick. If someone got the package with one of the mini St. Patrick’s in it that the cereal box should also come with the story of St. Patrick. This would be a good way to remember and honor St. Patrick. - Beth

I think a staff should be added because it represents ST Patrick. It should be gold I think because he brought Ireland to Christianity. Maybe a snake should also be added. It represents the devil and how Ireland was cleansed of it. - Josiah

I think they should make a snake. Because St. Patrick ban all snakes from Ireland. They should make it green. All because on St. Patrick`s day most people wear green.
